Hello my name is ‘Yoga’ and I will change your life...


If you think of people in impossible and weirdly twisted poses when you think of “Yoga”, then you may have an inkling of what yoga is, just an inkling that’s it.

Yoga is much more than those poses. Derived from the Sankrit word “yuj” which means “to unite or integrate”; yoga is a 5000 year old Indian body of knowledge.

Yoga is all about harmonising the body with the mind and breath through the means of various breathing techniques (pranayama), yoga postures (asanas) and meditation.

My classes are a blend between yang and yin energies to bring you back into balance. Classes are a time to reset, rest and rejuvenate both your mind and body. A safe space to take some time out in this busy and fast paced world we live in.

Mindful yoga is different from many yoga practices. During the class we will be focusing on mind and body awareness rather than trying to achieve the ‘perfect pose.’

We will end the class with a generous period of relaxation. All are welcome & equipment provided.
